Drew Coker
Co-Owner
Coach Drew Coker is no stranger to the Richmond area. In his 6th year of coaching, Coker was a Preseason All American and 2x All State outfield selection at The Steward School. He played collegiately at Old Dominion University for 4 years. In that time, he was part of the transition from conference CAA to CUSA, helping the Monarchs to a conference runner up finish in 2011, and was tied for a team high OBP (.405) in 2012. He also coached 2 seasons at The Steward School.

Ben Toland

Coach Ben Toland is heading into his 3rd spring as a Travel Baseball Head Coach and 2nd Spring as a High School Coach at Benedictine College Prep. He played his career at Benedictine, where he won a State Championship in 2021. Since graduation, Ben found a new love for the game in coaching. Coaching his players and giving lessons to grow the next generation of our game is something Ben is passionate about. Along with his coaching and baseball background, Ben comes with several years of customer service and Director of Baseball Operations experience.

Josh Eldridge
Co-Owner
Josh brings years of experience on the playing and operations side of the game. Josh was a First Team All-Metro Selection out of Hayfield High School before going on to play Division 1 Baseball at Old Dominion University. He had a successful 4 year career at ODU where he was named Rookie All Conference, a Coastal Plains League All Star and All Coastal Plains League. Josh is now the Executive Director of Operations for Baseball Factory and in charge of hundreds of events and tournaments around the country ranging from local showcases all the way up to the Under Armour All-American game!

Connor Overton
Pitching Coordinator / MLB / Co-Owner
Connor graduated from Atlee High School in 2011 before heading to Old Dominion University. Connor posted a 2.79 ERA in his redshirt-Sophomore season, leading him to be drafted by the Miami Marlins in the 15th round of the 2014 MLB Draft. After spending 7 seasons in the minor leagues, Connor went on to make his MLB debut with the Toronto Blue Jays in 2021. While becoming a free agent after the 2021 season, Connor signed with the Cincinnati Reds. His first MLB win came after throwing 6.1 innings against the Pittsburgh Pirates on 5/12/2022.

Jordan Schmeer

With over a decade of head coaching experience, Coach Jordan Schmeer brings a wealth of baseball knowledge to the Virginia Vols. At Benedictine, Jordan was a standout Team Captain, MVP, All-State & All-Metro honored athlete before competing for 4 years at Randolph-Macon College. Jordan helped the Yellow Jackets to four ODAC Tournament campaigns, a 2016 ODAC Championship & Regional finalist (1 game away from the College World Series). Jordan continues to compete in local men’s leagues in the Richmond area, still matching up against college talent in the NABA. Coach Schmeer continues to share his knowledge through coaching and looks forward to positively impacting many players’ lives.
