We are excited to introduce Vols A.R.M.S., our brand-new pitching blueprint built to prepare athletes for the demands of the season.
A.R.M.S. = Activation • Recovery • Mobility • Strength
This blueprint is designed to:
• Activate the body with dynamic and tailored movement prep
• Recover the arm with structured routines and workload management through individualized programming
• Build mobility for mechanical efficiency yand injury prevention
• Develop arm strength that translates to velocity, power, and endurance
The Vols A.R.M.S. Pitching Blueprint is more than a program — it’s the foundation every pitcher needs to stay healthy, throw harder, and perform with confidence that lasts throughout the season.

Location: Virginia Vols Facility (8592 Sanford Dr, Richmond, VA 23228)
Groups:
- 13U-14U (5-6pm)
- 15U-17U (6-7pm)
